Pricing

Our pricing, in public.

We checked eleven companies selling AI lead response in Arizona. Fewer than half of them publish a price anywhere on their website. The rest make you book a call to find out.

We think that's a waste of your afternoon. So here is the whole thing: the two numbers, exactly what each one buys, what it doesn't cover, what happens if you go over, and the kind of business we're the wrong choice for.

One-time setup
$2,500

Paid once, before the build starts. This is the week of work that happens before your system answers its first lead.

Monthly retainer
$1,250 / month

Month-to-month. No annual contract, no minimum term. Cancel any time with fourteen days' written notice.

One plan. One price. There are no tiers, no upsells, and nothing held back for a higher package. Every client gets the complete system. You can decline to switch a feature on — the price is the same either way. Pricing is for a single-location business.
The one-time fee

What you're paying $2,500 for

This isn't an activation fee or a sign-up charge. It compensates roughly a week of build work — about thirty hours — that happens before you ever see the system run. Here's where those hours actually go.

1

Message authoring — the bulk of the week

Every automated text and email is written for your business, in your voice: the instant reply, the seven-touch follow-up sequence, the booking confirmations, the reminders, the no-show recovery. This is not a template with your name dropped in. It's the single biggest block of time in the build, and it's the difference between a system that sounds like you and one that sounds like a robot.

2

System build and integration

Standing up your lead pipeline, connecting your calendar, your phone, your website and any CRM you already use, and wiring the routing rules — who gets alerted, on what, and how fast. This is the plumbing that makes a lead show up on your phone instead of in a dashboard you never open.

3

Carrier registration (A2P 10DLC)

U.S. carriers require every business that sends texts to register a brand and a campaign. We prepare and submit yours. It is tedious, it is unavoidable, and if it's done wrong your texts fail silently — delivered to nobody, with no error, and no way to know. Getting this right is a real part of what you're buying.

4

Testing and your approval round

We run live test leads end to end, send you the results, and make the changes you ask for. Nothing goes live until you sign off on it. If the agent says something you don't like, we change it before a real customer ever reads it.

The monthly retainer

What you're paying $1,250 a month for

Two things, honestly: the software stack that runs underneath your system, and a person who manages it. Launch is the start of the engagement, not the end of it. Here is everything the retainer keeps running.

▪

Instant Lead Response

Every inbound lead — web form, chat, phone call, or message — gets a personal text back in under a minute, day or night. Our own benchmark is nine seconds.

▪

Missed-Call Text-Back

Any call you can't pick up triggers an immediate text, so the caller never has to wonder whether you got it.

▪

AI Voice Receptionist

When you can't pick up, the call rolls to an AI receptionist that answers in your business's name, finds out who's calling and why, texts them your booking link, and sends you a summary — day or night.

▪

AI Chat Concierge

A branded chat assistant on your website, trained on your services, your service area, and the questions your callers actually ask. It qualifies, and it books.

▪

14-Day Lead Nurture

A seven-touch follow-up sequence, so a lead who goes quiet on day two hasn't disappeared by day ten.

▪

Direct Calendar Booking

Two-way synced with your Google or Outlook calendar. Consultations land on your calendar without you touching anything.

▪

Reminders & No-Show Recovery

Automatic appointment reminders, plus a follow-up sequence when someone doesn't show up.

▪

Lead Pipeline & CRM

One unified pipeline — New Lead, Contacted, Qualified, Consult Booked, Won — so you always know where every opportunity stands.

▪

Reputation & Reactivation

Review requests after won jobs, and campaigns that wake up leads who went cold months ago.

▪

Ongoing changes, included

Wording tweaks, new FAQs, a changed service area, updated hours, a new service line. You text or email Steven directly. Minor changes are included, not billed.

▪

Monthly report & strategy call

What came in, what converted, what we're changing next — reviewed with you on a call, not emailed and forgotten.

Fair use

The allowances, and what happens if you exceed them

Texting and voice minutes cost real money at the carrier level, so the plan includes a monthly allowance sized for a single-location business. Nearly everyone stays inside it. We monitor usage and will always contact you before anything is billed beyond it — no overage is ever charged without notice.

Things most pricing pages leave out

If any of this is going to bother you, we'd rather you know now than find out on your kickoff call.

Your phone rings first.

The AI receptionist only answers calls you don't pick up, so you never lose a call you wanted to take. Prefer to handle every call yourself? Leave it switched off — missed calls are still covered by instant text-back, and your price is the same either way.

The setup fee is non-refundable and is charged before work begins.

It compensates a week of labor that happens whether or not you like the result. What protects you instead is the approval round: nothing goes live until you've reviewed it and signed off, and we make your requested changes first.

Your go-live clock starts at carrier approval, not at signing.

A2P 10DLC review is done by the carriers, not by us, and their timing is outside our control. We'll tell you where your registration stands at every step, but we won't promise you a launch date we can't personally deliver.

Pricing above is for a single location.

Additional locations, additional phone numbers, or custom integrations beyond the scope on this page are quoted separately — and never charged without your written approval first.

There's no annual discount, because there's no annual contract.

Month-to-month only, cancel with fourteen days' written notice, no penalty. You can request a full export of your lead data on the way out. We'd rather earn the next month than lock up the next twelve.

We can get leads to raise their hand. We can't close them.

The system answers instantly, qualifies, follows up, and books. What it cannot do is sell your work for you or show up to the consultation. If the leads are reaching you and nothing is closing, the problem isn't response time and we'll tell you that directly.

Honest disqualifiers

This is the wrong purchase for you if…

We take on a limited number of builds at a time, which means we'd rather turn away a bad fit than take the money and disappoint you. Four situations where you should not hire us.

You already answer every call.

If you have a receptionist or an office manager who picks up on the first ring, replies to web forms within minutes, and follows up for two weeks on every quiet lead — you already have what this buys. Keep your money.

Your lead volume doesn't support the math.

At $1,250 a month, this needs to save or create enough work to be obviously worth it. If you're getting a handful of leads a month and your average job is small, the numbers don't work and we'll say so on the first call.

You want cheap software you'll configure yourself.

There are DIY tools for a fraction of this. They're real products and some of them are good. What you're paying us for is that nobody at your company has to learn one, build it, or maintain it. If you'd enjoy doing that yourself, do that instead.

You need multi-location support today.

We haven't built or priced it yet, and we're not going to improvise it on your account. If you're running several locations right now, we're the wrong vendor at the moment — ask us again later.

If none of those describe you — you're a luxury home service business in the Southeast Valley, leads are reaching you faster than you can answer them, and the ones you miss are worth five figures — then this is exactly what it was built for.

Why this page exists

"Contact us for pricing" usually means one of two things: the price changes depending on how much they think you can pay, or they don't want you comparing it to anyone else's.

Neither is true here. It's $2,500 and $1,250 whether you run a two-truck landscape crew in Gilbert or a custom pool operation in Paradise Valley. You will not get a different number for being a harder negotiator, and you will not find out on call number three that the thing you actually needed was in a tier we didn't mention.

You should be able to decide whether we're worth talking to in about four minutes, alone, at nine at night, without giving anybody your phone number. That's what this page is for.

Next step

Try it before you decide anything.

You've seen the price. Now see whether the thing actually works — call our business line. If Steven can't pick up, the AI receptionist answers, finds out what you need and texts you our booking link, exactly as it would for your customers.
